Maranatha Village is a retired Baptist community located north of Sebring, Florida. It's on the south side of Arbuckle Creek Road. The village of Maranatha is affiliated with the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches.

Maranatha village has been around since at least 1976. Although the population is varied, it can accommodate about 500 people. The population is usually about 350. The village contains various places for people to live. These include:
- 137 duplex apartment, all on ground level.
- 100-lot home car park. Residents of mobile homes have their own homes and rent out sites from Maranatha Village.
- A six-room guest house with a kitchenette. This is available for people who want to have a short visit.
- 20 recreation rooms of vehicles with connections, also for people who want a short visit to the Village.
- Maranatha Manor, a licensed assisted living facility. Maranatha Manor has room for 20 clients. It has opened as Sunshine Lodge and is closed. It reopened as Maranatha Manor in 2000 or 2001.

The Maranatha Baptist Church, located at 35 Maranatha Boulevard, is considered the central part of the Village. The Church was organized in 1976. The church provides regular church services and is home to numerous Bible conferences and concerts. Daily devotions are done every morning in the church. The church helped find two local Baptist churches and in 2000 chose to reopen Sunshine Lodge, which was renamed Maranatha Manor.
Hamman Hall is the village fellowship hall. Various community activities, such as dinner and movie presentations, take place there. Hamman Hall also has a library.
Maranatha village has three ponds. The biggest one is at the northeast corner of the property. This is roughly in the reverse form "7." It has a fountain in its northwest corner. Roads and duplexes stretch the south and west sides. It has a 4.9-acre surface area (20,000m 2 ). As an unnamed lake is defined as at least 5 hectares (20,000 m), this body is too small to be considered a lake. The second pool is roughly in the middle of the village. It's basically rectangular. A pavement limits the eastern and northern sides of this pool. The pool has a 1.2-acre surface area (4,900 m 2 ). The third and smallest pool is 600 feet (180 m) to the northwest pool.
