Sunrise Senior Living is a life-assisted American operator and another home for senior citizens. In 2017, the company operates more than 320 life-assisted facilities throughout the United States, Canada and the UK, making it the 5th largest US senior living provider.
Headquartered in McLean, Virginia in the metropolitan area of ​​Washington, DC, the company employs approximately 32,000 people.

Acquisitions
In August 2014, Sunrise Senior Living purchased management company Gracewell Healthcare, a home care company in the UK owned by Health Care REIT, Inc. (HCN). Sunrise will manage 15 care homes across the UK under the Gracewell brand alongside the current 27 communities across the UK under the Sunrise brand.
